This matter is moved by way of praecipe dated 03.05.2016 for speaking to the minutes of order dated 22.04.2016. Mr. Sakhare submitted that in paragraph 5 of the order dated 22.04.2016, the impugned order dated 22.03.2012 is set aside reserving liberty to the defendant to file Second Appeal. Instead of that, he submitted that at the risk of petitioner, liberty may be reserved to the 1/2

In view thereof, the words "Second Appeal" appearing in paragraph 6 of the order dated 22.04.2016 shall stand substituted by the words "Writ Petition". Order dated 22.04.2016 stands corrected accordingly. Rest of the order remains as it is.
