Heard Mr.Anand S. Kulkarni, learned Counsel for the applicants.

By order dated 23.10.2018, C.R.A. was disposed of as not pressed subject to the applicants filing undertaking in this Court in terms of paragraph­4 of that order. Mr. Kulkarni has tendered the undertakings of (1) Vinayak Narayan Namdyal,

(2) Dattatraya Narayan Mamdyal, (3) Shakuntalabai Narayan Dikonda, and (4) Pushpa Narayan Mandyal, all dated 29.10.2018. The said undertakings are taken on record and marked 'A collectively' for identification.

Mr. Kulkarni states that the undertakings are as per paragraph­4 of the order dated 23.10.2018. The undertakings marked as 'A collectively' are accepted. As the order dated 23.10.2018 is complied with no further orders are necessary.

Mr. Kulkarni submitted that the balance amount of Rs.100/­ towards the rent is not accepted by the Registry on the ground that C.R.A. is disposed of. In view thereof, the applicants are permitted to deposit demand draft of Rs.100/­ in the registry. Officer to accept the demand draft. The respondents are permitted to withdraw the amounts deposited and to be deposited by the applicants. Order accordingly.
