P.C.:­ At the outset, the learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that the Petitioners have not availed the alternative remedy of revision. In the light of the said statement, the learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file revision under Section 257 of the Land Revenue Code, 1966. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. 2.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Megha 40_wp_5966_2018.doc revision will be filed within a period of three weeks. Ad­interim relief granted by order dated 7th June, 2018 to continue for a period of four weeks so as to enable the Petitioners to move the revisional authority for ad­interim relief.
