1] Praecipe is moved for modification of the order the dated 19th December, 2018, passed by this Court.

2] It is submitted by learned counsel for both the parties that while deciding Civil Application No.2512 of 2018, applicant claimants were permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.2,50,000/-. However, in the order inadvertently, an amount of Rs.50,000/- is typed. Hence amount of Rs.50,000/- be substituted by Rs.2,50,000/-. 3] Second modification is sought that time of eight weeks given for furnishing undertaking in the trial Court is extended by three weeks.
