This is an application by Wife for condonation of delay of 144 days in filing the above Second Appeal. This is a matrimonial dispute where the Applicant is a wife and Respondent is husband. Learned Counsel for the Respondent-husband opposed the condonation of delay, inviting the attention of the Court to the Affidavit-in-Reply filed by him. 3.

Dispute is arising out of matrimonial issues. In view thereof, considering the extent of delay, as also the averments in the Application, sufficient cause is made out. The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). Delay is condoned.
