The petitioner-original defendant is challenging orders passed by the Courts below granting injunction against the petitioner from disturbing the plaintiffs' possession over the suit property. Order of injunction is in force against the petitioner at least since 6 July 2017. Hence, no interference is called for. However, all contentions of the parties on merits are kept open to be agitated at the time of hearing of the suit. The writ petition is dismissed.
