In paragraph No.3 the words from "Though, the Petitioner was arrested in bailable offence, he was not released on bail and produced before the learned Sessions Court. After being released on bail by the learned Sessions Court, the Petitioner filed complaint u/s 156(3) of Cr.P.C. in respect of the alleged incident against the Respondents before the learned CJM, Satara under Section 342, 220, 1/2

Karad on 14th March, 2013 and he was released on bail on 14th March, 2013 by learned J.M.F.C. Karad. After being released on bail by learned J.M.F.C. Karad, the Petitioner filed complaint u/s 156(3) of Cr.P.C. in respect of the alleged incident against the Respondents before the learned CJM, Satara under Sections 342, 220, 217, 218, 109, 119, 166A(b) of the IPC, but the learned CJM has rejected the said complaint."
