Petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate Application before the Trial Court for seeking complete Report of Polygraph Test conducted at F.S.L., Kalina, Mumbai in November, 2018. The Trial Court to consider the said application on its own merits and if permissible under the law and without being influenced by the fact that this Court has granted liberty to file such an application.
