The challenge in both these petitions is to the interim order passed by the Hon'ble Minister pending final disposal of the revision applications pending before the State Government. The learned AGP states that the revision applications are pending. This Court has already granted adinterim relief of stay of the impugned orders.
As the revision applications are pending, these petitions need not be kept pending and the same are disposed of by passing the following order:
(i) The order of adinterim relief in terms of prayer clause(c) granted on 23rd June 2014 by this Court shall continue to operate till the disposal of the revision applications;
(ii) The revision applications shall be decided
wp5683-5684 on its own merits without being influenced by grant of order of stay by this Court;
(iii) All contentions on merits of the revision applications are kept open;
(iv) The Writ Petitions are disposed of on above terms.
