Both, the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents state that the parties have amicably settled their dispute. Learned Counsel have tendered the Minutes of Order dated 23rd January, 2020 entered into between the parties. In the said minutes, the petitioner (plaintiff) undertakes to pay costs of Rs.15,000/- to respondent No.1 (defendant No.1) within one week from today. The said Minutes of Order are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Accordingly, there shall be an order in terms of the Minutes of Order dated 23rd January, 2020.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off. 3.

Parties to abide by the terms set out in the Minutes of the Order. 4.
