The present Civil Revision Application is directed against the judgment dated 03.05.2021 passed by the Appellate Court below Exhibit 103 in Application against the rejection of the Plaintiff's Application under Exhibit 5 for seeking temporary injunction in Regular Civil Suit No.187 of 1999.

Learned Advocate appearing for Applicants fairly placed on record a copy of judgment dated 19.10.2022 whereby Regular Civil Suit No.187 of 1999 has been dismissed by the Trial Court. He submitted that an Appeal against the said dismissal of the Suit has been filed before the Appellate Court which is pending.

In that view of the matter, the relief claimed in the present Civil Revision Application against an interlocutory order passed in original Suit does not survive and has become infructuous. 5.
