This is a petition challenging confirmation of order rejecting an application for temporary injunction by the Appellate court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner/original plaintiff submits that considering the fact that the land of the petitioner is being encroached upon by the State without payment of compensation, hearing of the suit itself be expedited. avk 1/2

19-WP-11177-2019.doc The learned AGP has no objection to this course of action and therefore, the petition is disposed off with a direction to the learned trial court to expedite the hearing of the Regular Civil Suit No.886 of 2017 between the parties and to decide the same, preferably, within the period of one year from the date of receipt of order of this court.
