Heard. The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks some time to take appropriate steps to remove all office objections. Hence, following order is passed:

a.

The petitioner is directed to remove all office objections on or before 20.02.2019, failing which the writ petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

b.

The Petitioner is permitted to serve the Respondent along with entire proceedings by way of private notice either by RPAD and/or by hand delivery and to file an Affidavit of service to that effect on or before 26.04.2019. S.O. to 14.06.2019.
