Pursuant to the praecipe filed by the advocate for the Applicant, the matters are taken on production board.

By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking direction against the Appellant to delete the name of deceased Respondent No.3 Dhandev Rajaram Rane, who died on 14.10.2009. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the legal heirs of the deceased are already on record.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the reasons disclosed in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the 1/2

The Appellant State of Maharashtra, in the First Appeal is directed to delete the name of Respondent No.3 from the cause title of the Appeal and the Civil Application, if any, on or before 30.04.2019.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
