By this application, applicant is seeking regular bail in IRESH MASHAL Crime No. 476 of 2024 registered with Mohol Police Station, Digitally signed by IRESH MASHAL Date:

2025.10.15 19:39:49 +0530 District Solapur for offences punishable under Sections 109, 352, 351(1), 351(3) of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023. 2.

It is the prosecution's case that on 18th July 2024, the applicant assaulted the first informant with sharp weapon with intention to kill him on the ground of financial transaction. 3.

It is contention of learned counsel for applicant that applicant is behind the bar for more than 1 year and two 1/3

months. Investigation is completed and charge-sheet has been filed. There is no progress in trial. The applicant has no antecedents. Hence, requested to allow the application. 4.

It is contention of learned APP that the applicant assaulted the first informant with sharp weapon on his month with intention to kill him. The first informant has suffered grievous injuries. If applicant is released on bail, he may threaten the informant prosecution witnesses and requested to reject the application.

I have heard both learned counsel, perused F.I.R. and documents produced on record. Applicant is behind the bar for more than 1 year and two months. Investigation is completed and charge-sheet has been filed. There is no progress in trial. It may take time to conclude the trial. The applicant has no antecedents.

Considering these facts, I pass following order:

O R D E R

I.

The Application is allowed.

II.

The Applicant be enlarged on bail in Crime No. 476 2/3

of 2024 registered with Mohol Police Station, District Solapur on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

III.

The Applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

IV.

The Applicant shall attend the Trial Court dates, regularly.

The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed off.

It is made clear that the above observations are made only for the purpose of granting bail and the Trial Court shall decide the case on its own merits in accordance with law and uninfluenced by the observations made in this order. 9.
