The petitioner-original plaintiff is challenging judgment and orders passed by the Courts below rejecting temporary injunction application restraining defendants from disturbing plaintiff's possession over the suit property. The order of injunction is not in favour of the petitioner at least since 16 April 2016. Hence, by keeping all questions raised in the petition open to be agitated at the time of final hearing of the suit, the writ petition stands disposed of.
