Heard Mr. Shitole, learned Advocate for Petitioner and Mr. Patil, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1.

In view of the Interim Application (Stamp) No.28338 of 2023 being allowed, Writ Petition is taken up for hearing forthwith. 3.

Both the learned Advocates have agreed for setting aside of the substantive order dated 06.04.2022 giving several directions and urged the Court to pass appropriate directions for expeditious disposal of Regular Civil Suit No.109 of 2021.

Adhering to the request made by Mr. Patil in his usual fairness, the impugned order dated 06.04.2022 stands quashed and set aside without expressing any opinion on merits. Resultantly order

Parties are directed to co-operate with the learned Trial Court for expeditious disposal of Regular Civil Suit No.109 of 2021. The learned Trial Court is requested by this Court to dispose of Regular Civil Suit No.109 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of one year from today. Parties are directed not to take any unnecessary adjournments and co-operate with the learned Trial Court. Trial Court is directed to give adjournments only if they are utmost necessary and decide Regular Civil Suit No.109 of 2021 strictly in accordance with law.
