By this application, applicants seek permission to bring on record heirs and legal representatives of deceased respondent No.6 - Roshan Gulab Mogal, who died on 8th August 2021.

For the reasons as stated, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Present interim application is filed to bring on record heirs and legal representatives of deceased respondent No.4 - Mahamad @ Mohammad Hasan Mogal, who died on 31st January 2019.

Notice of this application was issued to respondent No.4(a); however, same is awaited.

Hence, issue fresh notice to respondent No.4(a), returnable on 1st December 2025.
