Mr. Limaye, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, after arguing the matter for some time, as this Court is not inclined to admit Civil Revision Application, requested to keep back the matter to take instructions.

Mr. Limaye, learned Court on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the Civil Revision Application, however, he prays that the Applicant be granted time to vacate till 30th June 2025. He states that usual undertakings will be filed within 3 weeks from today. 3.

Accordingly, although the Civil Revision Application is dismissed as withdrawn, time to vacate suit premises till 30th June 2025 is granted. The learned Executing Court shall not proceed with the

Mr. Limaye, on instructions of the Applicant, gives undertaking to this Court that the Applicant alongwith her family members are occupying the suit premises and they will vacate the suit premises by 30th June 2025 and hand over the same to the Respondents. The said undertaking is accepted as undertaking given to this Court. 5.

It is clarified that, if the possession of the suit premises is not handed over to the Respondents by 30th June 2025, then apart from other remedies, same will be treated as contempt of this Court. 6.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.

Liberty is granted to the Respondents to file appropriate Interim Application in case they are aggrieved by the part of order by which time is granted to the Applicants to vacate the suit premises by 30th June 2025.
