The Appellant has addressed a letter to the learned counsel for the appellant mentioning that the respondent, who was acquitted by the trial Court and against whom this present appeal is preferred, has paid the entire loan amount with interest and therefore the appellant, which is a Co-operative Credit Society, does not want to pursue this appeal. A copy of the letter is annexed to the praecipe.
