Regular Civil Suit No.147 of 2005 was decreed by the trial court on 22.10.2007 for perpetual injunction restraining defendants from obstructing the plaintiffs possession over the suit property which is described as Survey No.65 Hissa No.4/1 + A/1 admeasuring 0.09.3 Ares, assessment 0.01 rupees situated at village Kalase - Parabwada.

The learned counsel for the appellant does not dispute the description of the suit property and also does not dispute the possession and ownership of the plaintiffs over the suit property. In view of this, no substantial question of law arises in this second appeal. The Second Appeal is dismissed.
