Mr. Killedar, learned Advocate for the Applicants submitted that, the Applicant No.1 is a senior citizen and is suffering from Ovarian/Fallopian tube carcinoma-high grade serious type of Cancer and therefore the present Appeal may be taken up for hearing at an early date. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, list the present Appeal on final hearing board for the week commencing from 27th June, 2022.
