IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

(Civil Appellate Jurisdiction) SECOND APPEAL NO. 21 of 2010 Babasaheb Jinnappa Kamble and ors vrs.

State of Maharashtra and others Mr. S.G.Karandikar, Advocate for Appellants CORAM : R.K.Deshpande, J.

DATED : 09th JUNE, 2015.

P.C.

Both the courts below have recorded the concurrent findings of fact that the appellant has not deposited the occupancy price and therefore, no title has passed on to the appellant/plaintiff. The court has further recorded the finding that the plea of adverse possession has also not been established by the appellant. There is no perversity in it.

In view of this, no substantial question of law is involved. The second appeal is dismissed. (R.K.DESHPANDE, J.) Rvjalit
