Present petition is iled seeking directions against the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to take action against illegal construction carried out by Respondent Nos.5 and 6. It is the contention of the Petitioner that Respondent Nos.5 and 6 have carried out illegal construction in Gram Panchayat Property No.208 (New No.209) situated at village Dhawadi, taluka Wai, district Satara. 2.

The Petitioners are residing in Gram Panchayat Property No. 209. It is the contention of the Petitioners that Respondent No.1 - Gram Panchayat failed to take action against the illegal construction carried out by the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6.

We accordingly request the Chief Executive Oicer, i.e., the Respondent No.4 to treat this petition as representation of the Petitioners and after hearing the Petitioners as well as the Respondent No. 5 and 6, take action in accordance with law within a period of six months from today.

The Petitioners as well as the Respondent No. 5 and 6 to remain present before the Chief Executive Oicer on 4th November 2025 at 11.00 a.m.
