Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, in view of the decision of Division Bench of this Court dated 13/07/2017 in the case of Sanjaykumar Bhalchandra Patil and ors. Vs. The State of Maharashtra and ors. in Writ Petition No. 5039 2016 (Aurangabad Bench), seeks liberty to withdraw the Revision before the Hon'ble Minister. He further prays that the recourse to challenge the order impugned before the Hon'ble Minister may be kept open before the appropriate forum.

In this view of the matter, present Petitions are disposed of thereby permitting the Petitioners to withdraw the Revision Applications fled before the Hon'ble Minister. The Revisions stand withdrawn. Formal orders may be passed. The Petitioners are permitted to take recourse to appropriate remedies challenging the order impugned before the Hon'ble Minister in accordance with law. All contentions on merits are kept open. The Writ Petitions are disposed of. 2/3

The interim order granted by this Court which was in operation since 08/07/2021 is continued at the request of the Petitioner for further period of 3 weeks from today. (M.S.KARNIK, J.) 3/3
