Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by clauses (iii) and (iv) of paragraph 8, the petitioner was permitted to carry out necessary amendment to the application within four weeks. He submits that separate application was moved for impleading the necessary parties and as such the Charity Commissioner is of the view rsk 1 of
