Learned Advocate Mr.RajeNimbalkar is present for the Petitioner and tendered a copy of a letter dated 21st October, 2024 thereby informing the Petitioner that the present Petition has been listed for final hearing and for giving further instructions in the Writ Petition. The said letter was duly delivered to the Petitioner. However, the Petitioner has not contacted the Advocate on record. In view thereof, Advocate Patwardhan is discharged from appearing on behalf of Petitioner. 2) The Petition is duly listed on today's board for final hearing. However, none present for the Petitioner. It appears that the Petitioner is not interested to pursue the Petition. Hence, the Petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
