P.C.:- Heard Ms.Rachita Padwal, learned counsel for the petitioner; and Ms.Mamta Shrivastava, learned AGP for the respondent/State. 2.

On 13th July, 2021 we had permitted the petitioner to undergo medical termination of her pregnancy in the District Hospital at Satara having regard to the opinion of the medical board.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was admitted in the District Hospital at Satara on 16th July, 2021, whereafter her pregnancy was successfully terminated. She was discharged from the hospital on 18th July, 2021. 4.

In the meanwhile, we have also received a report from the Civil Hospital, Satara which may be kept as part of the record. 5.

In that view of the matter, no further order is called for.
