The Order dated 10­3­2015 passed by the Additional Commissioner Pune division Pune, whereby the application for stay filed by the Petitioners came to be rejected is taken exception to by way of the above Petition. The rejection is on the ground that the matter is subjudice before the Civil Court. The order rejecting the stay has been passed on 10­3­2015. In my view, it is not necessary to interdict with the impugned order, however, by directing the Additional Commissioner Pune to dispose of the Revision Application filed by the Petitioners latest by 31­8­2015, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
