The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the permission for filling in the post of the Head Master by advertisement is rejected referring to Government Resolution dated 4 May 2020. Under the said Government Resolution ban on recruitment was imposed. The learned Counsel submits that in view of the Government Resolution dated 12 April 2022 that ban has been relaxed. In view of that the impugned order is quashed and set aside. The Deputy Director of Education shall reconsider the proposal submitted by the Petitioner seeking permission for filing the post of Head Master by an advertisement afresh 1/2
