Mr.Kenjale, learned counsel for the petitioners tenders a copy of the order dated 15th June, 2022 passed by the State Government extending the age from 50 to 55 for being eligible for empanelment for the post of the Managing Director. A copy of the said order is taken on record. He states that in view of the said order already passed by the State Government on 15th June, 2022, this petition has become infructuous. Statement is accepted. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
