Heard counsel appearing for the Petitioner, learned AGP appearing for first and second Respondent and learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 3.

The relief claimed in the Writ Petition in terms of prayer clause 'b' is seeking direction to the Respondent No. 2 to decide the application filed by the Petitioners on 9th April 2019 as early as possible however, within six months from today. Since there is an innocuous prayer and learned counsel Umesh Malani

The application filed by the Petitioners on 9th April 2019 shall be decide by second Respondent as expeditiously as possible however, within six months from today on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4.

With the above observations Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
