One of the alternative prayers made in this Petition on behalf of the petitioner is to direct the appellate authority i.e., Divisional Commissioner (Revenue), Pune Division, Pune, to decide the pending appeal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. 2.

In that view of the matter, we dispose off this petition with a direction to the appellate authority i.e., Divisional Commissioner (Revenue), Pune Division, Pune to decide the pending appeal of the petitioner, if not decided already, as expeditiously as possible,

Needless to observe that while hearing such appeal, the appellate authority shall adhere to the principles of natural justice and communicate the decision so taken in the appeal to the petitioner and the concerned respondents. 3.

Learned APP to communicate this order to the appellate authority. In addition thereto, the Registry shall also communicate this order to the appellate authority.
