Being aggrieved by the rejection of the prayer of the Petitioner to extend the Parole leave, the present Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner.

Learned APP submits that since the Petitioner had not submitted medical papers to consider his prayer for extension of time, his application was rejected.

It appears that the grievance of the Petitioner was of the year 2018. Even on perusal of the reasons assigned by the concerned authority, we are convinced that the Petitioner's application for extension of Parole was rightly rejected.

In view of the above and due to passage of time, nothing further survives in the present Writ Petition. Hence, Writ Petition is rejected. 5.
