This is an Interim Application seeking temporary bail for the period from 25th May, 2023 till 11th June, 2023, for the reason that the the Applicant intends to appear for the Masters examination in Marathi during the said period.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that vide order dated 12th January, 2023 passed in Interim Application No. 146 of 2023, this Court had directed the Applicant to be enlarged on temporary bail to enable the Applicant to appear for the MA Exam. He 1 of Ganesh Lokhande

would further submit that there is no breach of the condition and after the period, the Applicant had surrendered.

Learned APP does not dispute this position. In view of the above, we allow the Application and enlarge the Applicant on temporary bail for the period from 25th May, 2023 till 11th June, 2023. The Applicant be released on cash bail in the sum of Rs.7,500/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred only) and PR Bond to be furnished before the jail authorities where he is currently lodged. During the period of bail, the Applicant to attend Kurduwadi Police Station, Solapur every alternate day.

Learned APP assures to communicate this order to the jail authorities immediately so as to enable them to comply with the said order and enlarge the Applicant on cash bail on PR bond. 5.

All parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order. 6.

The Interim Application stands disposed of.
