By this civil application, applicant/original claimant is seeking early hearing of First Appeal No.1828 of 2002 on the ground that applicant is senior citizen.

Office note shows that First Appeal was admitted on 19.12.2002, R & P received on 07.08.2004 and private paper book filed on 03.03.2004. Considering these facts, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out case for allowing this civil application. Hence, following order :- S.C.Magar

b) Registry is directed to place the First Appeal for final hearing on weekly board as per its turn in senior citizens list.
