By this Writ Petition, petitioner husband is challenging the order below Exhibit 14 dated 8.4.2019 and order dated 16.4.2019 below Exhibit 28 in Marriage Petition No.8314 of 2018 passed by Family Court, Solapur rejecting their application for DNA test of child Mohite 1/2

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the impugned order, I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out a case for following order:

a. Registry is directed to issue notice before admission to the Respondent, returnable on 30.8.2019.

b. In addition to usual mode of service, petitioner is permitted to serve Respondents along with entire proceedings by private notice either by registered post A.D. and/or by hand delivery and file Affidavit of Service to that effect.

c. Petitioner is directed to remove all office objections on or before 16.08.2019, failing which Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.
