The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in the trial Court, charge sheet is filed pending this Bail Application. Hence, the learned counsel, on instructions, wants to withdraw this Bail Application as he wants to file fresh Bail Application before the Sessions Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant is allowed to withdraw this Bail Application with liberty to file fresh Bail Application before the Sessions Court.
