It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the Review-Petitioner that certain arguments have not been considered by the Division Bench while passing the impugned order. We have perused the impugned order. The Division Bench has observed that no case is made out for exercising the writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Hence, no case is made out for reviewing the impugned order. The Review-Petitioner can challenge the said order by filing SLP in the Apex Court. Reserving the said right, review-petition is dismissed.
