The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated 07th October 2024 passed by Hon'ble Revenue Minister in Revision Application NO.RTS No.3424/3954/PK 473/J-5, by which Hon'ble Minister has stayed execution and implementation of order dated 7th August 2024 passed by Divisional Commissioner, Pune till disposal of second revision.

On 30th April 2025, while issuing notice to Respondent No.2, this Court granted stay to impugned order, thereby securing status quo in respect of the mutation entry.

Learned advocate appearing for respective parties submit that second revision is still pending for consideration before Hon'ble Minister.

In that view of matter, without delving into merits of contentions of parties, Writ Petition stands disposed of. The Hon'ble Minister is requested to decide pending Revision Application within a period of three months from today.

Till then, interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 13th April 2025 shall continue to remain in force. 6.

All contentions of parties are kept open for consideration in Revision Application.
