The writ petition arises out of an appeal filed by the petitioner rejecting his application objecting jurisdiction of the Registrar in proceedings under Section 78 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. The proceedings are of the year 2002. By this time, the tenure of managing committee is over. Hence, original proceedings have become infructuous. The writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs. 2.
