By consent of parties, the following order is passed :- (i) The order dated 16th June 2016 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Wai in Appeal No.3 of 2015, the order dated 11th January 2017 passed by the learned Additional Collector, Satara and the order dated 29th April 2017 passed by the learned Additional District Collector, Satara are set aside.

(ii) Revision application is restored before the learned Additional Collector, Satara for disposal afresh in accordance with law and without being influenced by the aforesaid orders passed by various authorities. (iii) Both the parties are directed to appear before the learned Additional Collector, Satara on 27th June 2018 at 3.00 p.m. No fresh notice will be issued to the parties.

(iv) Learned Additional Collector, Satara shall make an endeavour to dispose of the said revision application expeditiously and not later than two months from the date of first meeting. None of the parties shall ask for adjournment unnecessarily.

ppn 2 905.wp-6335.17.do (v) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on merit of the matter. All contentions of both the parties are kept open. (vi) Ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 14th August 2017 to continue till the said revision application is disposed of by the learned Additional Collector, Satara and for a period of two weeks thereafter from the date of communication of the order passed by the learned Additional Collector, Satara.

(vii) Writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. (viii) Parties as well as the concerned authorities to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
