The Appellate Court by the impugned order allowed temporary injunction application filed by the plaintiffs restraining defendants from disturbing plaintiffs' possession over the suit property. Said injunction is running against the petitioners since 22 April 2016.

Hence, by keeping contentions raised in this writ petition open to be agitated at the time of hearing of the suit, the writ petition stands disposed of.
