The Additional Collector has already fixed the matter on 1st August, 2018 however, has not considered the application for continuation of the ad-interim order passed by this Court till date. The ad-interim protection granted by this Court on 5th June, 2028 to continue till 5th August, 2018. Learned Additional Commissioner shall consider the application for continuation of the ad-interim order if made by the petitioner during this period and shall pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
