Mr. Venegavkar, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a discharge application before the trial Court since the charge-sheet is already filed. Leave with liberty as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

In the event, such an application is preferred within a period of four weeks from today, the trial Court shall dispose of the same expeditiously. It is expressly made clear that this order should not be construed as an expression of any opinion and the trial Court shall dispose of the discharge application independently on its own merits and in accordance with law.
