Learned Counsel Ms. Anushree Kurup appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, by this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking direction against the respondent No.1 to appoint forthwith Additional Member in Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal at Kolhapur to decide the cases pending in the Kolhapur Tribunal since past 20 to 22 years.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submit that, during the pendency of the present writ petition, Respondent No.1 has appointed Additional Member in the Maharashtra V.B.Gokhale 1/2
15-wp-2589-17 Revenue Tribunal, at Kolhapur. The statement is accepted. 5.
In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in the present writ petition. The same can be dismissed as infructuous.

Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
