The petitioners have impugned the election programme of the respondent no.4 society dated 28th May, 2022. This Court cannot interfere with the election programme at this stage. The remedy of the petitioners would be to file appropriate proceedings after declaration of the election result. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable. No order as to costs.
