IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION WRIT PETITION NO.668 OF 2014 Nathaji Changdev Babar ..Petitioner
Versus
Mukesh Ramchandra Shinde and others ..Respondents Mr. Anant Vadgaonkar for the Petitioner.
Mr. Sarthak Diwan i/by Mr. A. M. Kulkarni for the Respondent No.2. Mrs. V. S. Nimbalkar, AGP for the Respondent Nos.4 & 5. CORAM : R. M. SAVANT, J.
DATE : 18th NOVEMBER, 2016 P.C.
In view of the fact that the Petitioner has a remedy by way of a Second Revision before the State Government, it is not necessary for this Court to entertain the above Writ Petition. By relegating the Petitioner to the said remedy, the above Writ Petition is disposed of. Needless to state that the contentions of the parties are kept open for being urged before the Revisionary Authority. In the event the issue of limitation arises, the fact that the Petitioner was prosecuting the above Writ Petition in this Court can be urged by the Petitioner. If Revision is filed, the Revisionary Authority would see to it that the same is disposed of expeditiously.
Parties to act on a copy of this order duly authenticated by the Court Sheristedar.
