This petition challenges an order dated 22.04.2016 superseding management of a Co-opearative Society by appointment of an Administrator, under the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 in its place, for the period of six months.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submit that in the meantime, fresh elections have been held of the Managing Committee of Respondent No.4. In these circumstances, the challenge in the present petition does not survive.
