Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that prayer clause- 'b' in the present Writ Petition now does not survive, in view of the subsequent Order passed by the Hon'ble Minister.

As per as prayer clause - 'c' is concerned , the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to take the appropriate proceedings in respect of the said prayer before the appropriate forum.
